Ilze qualified as a Chartered Accountant spending most of her professional career in the Corporate World of Finance and Consulting. One of her biggest moments of truth came during a Public Sector Project - one that became the driving force for opening up an Academy in 2020. Read about this pivotal moment here. 

 

After 16 years on this path, expat life, together with young children and a new addition to the family in 2006, challenged her continuation of a professional career and Ilze decided to rather spend her time and resources in areas of enrichment, her passions and sometimes necessary survival tools such as learning the Russian language to get by while living in Russia.

 

Work Life has been interesting and career for her varied from being an Auditor, Project Manager in both Public and Private Sector, with everything inbetween such as running a Global Financial Outsourcing Centre in 2004, joint ventures in e-learning all the way to switching gears and navigating through the property laws of Hong Kong, qualifying there in the Real Estate Industry in 2014. Ilze continued on a path of Lifelong Learning. After seeing the transformative power of Life Coaching, Ilze decided to study and qualify as a Life Coach in 2020 to further her pursuit of always bettering oneself and then helping others to do the same.
