LIFE COACHING SESSIONS are based on a phenomenal model, with a track record of being result-oriented, originally designed by my Master Coach Brooke Castillio from The Life School.
Sessions are built on world class research and science but we will be focusing on easy, practical real-life solutions without getting bogged down into complex concepts.

Coaching Sessions can be booked for 45 minutes or 1 hour.

All calls will be via Zoom and a link will be sent once you booked your session.

CHARGES and CONDITIONS are set out here.

If you are diagnosed with a condition - please mention this in your session. This does not exclude you from a session, but our model will not deal with your medical condition. For those conditions, you are advised to seek professional medical advice.

All sessions are one-on-one, online, private and confidential.

You are allowed to switch off your video, but I strongly encourage face-to-face sessions as it is really important to make a connection.

Sessions are not "quick fixes" and you will often be required to process your thoughts after the session has expired.

Book as many follow-up sessions as your want or buy a bundle from the beginning.

Please note the difference between THERAPY and LIFE COACHING. While you can certainly bring up your past, we work on your thoughts and current situations to enable future actions and responses for you to move forward (therapy) instead of going in detail over your past for healing (counselling).
